The hotel rooms turned out to be quite unattractive, with a large balcony offering sun beds, a coffee table, and an extendable blind when it got too sunny; however, the dining experience was extremely disappointing. The service was accommodating to small details, and the location was fantastic, making it a favorite spot for my stay in Barcelona.

The hotel's rooms are very outdated, with a problem in one of the window frames being stuck from fabrication, emitting a strong smell of raw sewage and lacking the option of having the beds apart. However, the service was exceptional, immediately upgrading me to a new room with a smile and offering city maps upon arrival. The location is outstanding, being great for access to key sights in the city and having wonderful views of the city. The dining experience was perfect for those wanting an omelet, and the breakfast offered good value for money.

My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The room was spacious and lovely with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The location was great within walking distance to La Rambla, the old area, the harbor, and beaches. However, the ongoing construction outside the front site of the hotel was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel offers very good rooms with old but very clean decor and an excellent bathroom. However, the soundproofing is not the best, as you can hear and feel the metro underground directly beneath the hotel.
